If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us (unworn) within 30 days and we'll give you a full refund.
Orders made before 12pm Monday to Friday are, in most cases, despatched the very same day (subject to payment verification). During exceptionally busy periods your order will be posted within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation and verification of your payment. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays. Please allow 10 working days for delivery, (15 days for international), before contacting us.
Most orders will be despatched via Royal Mail. Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and despatched in a timely manner.
Our operation times are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.
If you decide that an item is unsuitable, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days, on items which are in their original condition, unworn with the tags still attached and it's original packaging. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you wish to return it back.
If you have been sent the wrong item or your item is faulty please contact us via eBay messages.
Please leave a note inside your parcel with:
Your invoice number
Your name and eBay user ID
Reason for return
If you require a refund or exchange
(for exchanges) the item/size required.

Please keep proof of postage and get your item tracked. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Royal Mail Registered Post. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund delivery charges or postage costs for items that are unsuitable or don't fit or if you do not like it.
